1. This offer is valid for purchasers of land at Vista Estate, Brown Hill, VIC 3350.
2. This offer applies only to land sold and settled at the listed sale price provided to you by the sales agent.
3. $20,000 AUD will be paid via electronic transfer within 7 days after settlement to the purchaser’s nominated account.
4. Eligible purchasers will also receive up to $10,000 AUD contribution towards boundary fencing for their land. This amount is capped.
